Professional and efficient. Called in to check a faulty condenser unit. Technician Mohi was able to quickly diagnose and resolve the problem, saving me from having to hack and change my entire aircon system including piping, which was the solution recommended by another company. Was looking for a second opinion about leakage problem, found coolman and wanted to make an appointment. The admin is very clear with the pricing, and the process was very quick and hassle free. On the appointment day itself, technician Ah Yong and Ah Lee arrived 10 minutes earlier, called beforehand to make sure it's ok for them to come earlier. Ah Yong was very patient to listen to my problems and help me diagnose the problem. His vast experience identified the problem immediately and proceed to explain the solution and the pricing to me. No nonsense hidden cost etc. Ah Yong did a chemical overhaul for my unit, a proper one. He took down the entire set, disassembled it, and PROPERLY washed everything. He also showed me where my problem lies, and explained to me why he recommended the solution. No shortcuts, no skippy work. Everything was detailed, precise and his skillsmanship shows just how efficient they are. Kudos to Ah Yong and Ah Lee!

Great work by Mohi and Reza. They did the chemical wash and showed me the extend of the dirt in the coil, fan and hidden areas of the aircon. They took care of the machine while cleaning it and suggested to wash it in the common toilet due to the mess it will create. They are very experience in the whole process and made sure the common toilet is not in a mess after it. I truly appreciate the effort and honesty with their service. Online Booked on 31st / 8:10 am cause bedroom air con leakage and surprisingly they confirm my booking within minutes. Of course I am happy enough as today is Sunday. 2nd surprise was, the technician came 20 mins before the confirmation time. They explained, show me all the faulty parts and reason to it. Technician: Mohi/Reza I have engaged coolman for the first time after seeing review from TSL under the top 3 recommendation for air con servicing company. The initial processing for booking was fuss free but however we have some teething issue regarding the pricing due to the holiday season. We came in between and managed to proceed with negotiated price. Workmanship is quick and decent. Hopefully the leakage issue would be fixed and do us well.

I have used Coolman Aircon services for more than a year, and I'm happy with their services. I decided to renew their contract a few months ago. They have a few technicians that came to my house, and they are all good and professionals. The recent technicians are Mohi and Reza, they are very helpful and explain if there's anything wrong. The backend support staff is also very good and have promptly texted me whenever it's time to do aircon servicing. Price wise, I think they charged quite reasonably.

There are so many aircon servicing companies out there. But how do you know which ones are reputable and honest? I had an issue where one of my unit lost its cooling function after a month(serviced from another vendor). I contacted Coolman and they told me "The unit should still be under service warranty. Try to contact them, you will save money ." Its nice to know that they are being considerate and honest rather than being greedy for jobs. I explained the situation and they came over and fixed my problem very quickly.
