Very prompt service and being able to arrange and come for servicing at last minute call. Good and friendly service without hardselling and did not push for unnecessary services. I’m happy with it and decided to sign annual servicing package on my own accord.
Online Booked on 31st / 8:10 am cause bedroom air con leakage and surprisingly they confirm my booking within minutes. Of course I am happy enough as today is Sunday. 2nd surprise was, the technician came 20 mins before the confirmation time. They explained, show me all the faulty parts and reason to it. Everything was done smoothly and pretty happy with it. Will sign a Service Contract with Coolman Aircon and will recommend to my friends.

Fast response, fast service and clean work. Called them for emergency checks on my compressor and they managed to find the root cause, which makes it easy for me to understand what to monitor. Also further advised on warranty period for my aircon

Highly recommend this company. Very fast and responsive in communications. Very flexible with schedule. Very punctual. And most importantly, very good and very fast, with the added bonus of not creating any mess in the house! :) The difference in quality of aircon before and after servicing is super clear.
