Had contacted them on 17/10/24 for my regular aircon servicing and water leak issue. They were quick to respond and came within 2 hours. Mohi and team did a great job and solve the water leak issue and did a proper clean up.

Was looking for a second opinion about leakage problem, found coolman and wanted to make an appointment. The admin is very clear with the pricing, and the process was very quick and hassle free. On the appointment day itself, technician Ah Yong and Ah Lee arrived 10 minutes earlier, called beforehand to make sure it's ok for them to come earlier. Ah Yong was very patient to listen to my problems and help me diagnose the problem. His vast experience identified the problem immediately and proceed to explain the solution and the pricing to me. No nonsense hidden cost etc. Ah Yong did a chemical overhaul for my unit, a proper one. He took down the entire set, disassembled it, and PROPERLY washed everything. He also showed me where my problem lies, and explained to me why he recommended the solution. No shortcuts, no skippy work. Everything was detailed, precise and his skillsmanship shows just how efficient they are. Kudos to Ah Yong and Ah Lee!
