Have issues with my aircon, and paid $40 for the trip down for inspection which was ok. Positive thing is that they are fast to respond and quick to service. However, the other services are exorbitant and I guess if you are ok with paying more then it is fine. Was quoted $680 to change a set of sensor for daikin model. I asked the staff to give me 5 mins to check with my family, but was emotionally pressured to agree to it, e.g. if I don't want change it now, they will leave, and if they come back another time it will be $40 again. In the end, I did not go ahead with the fix, because a quick google shows that the price should be around $300 on average and I ended up getting another company to help me with that price on the same day. No issues with the company over charging since everyone has to make a living, but for consumers, helps to do a bit of homework and see what works for you.
